This personalized custom doormat measures 24 inches long by 16 inches tall and is about 3/4" thick - Made from all natural fibers from the husk of a coconut (a natural product that is subject to variations in some of the husk coloring) - Intended to be used indoors or in covered outdoor areas only. How it's made: The husk of the coconut, or "coir," is removed and grouped in small bundles. The bundles are then adhered to a flexible sheet of PVC material. A large cutting machine then takes each sheet and trims the husks to a uniform length and rolled up for later processing. When the doormat is ordered, a blank for the size ordered is cut from the larger sheet and printed with the customer's design.
