Team Building
We believe that a good team building training session begins with developing an understanding of how the team is currently functioning, what issues are faced by the team now and in the near future, and what specific outcomes the team managers or leaders would like to achieve. Our general approach is to present team members with specific tasks having specific metrics for success that must be accomplished in a collaborative manner within a specified time using materials and techniques with which the team members may not be familiar. The challenge can be adapted to focus on communications issues, improving collaboration, dealing with resource limitations, or other issues that clients wish to address. The overall goal, regardless of the focus area selected, is improved cooperation among team members to achieve common goals. Training session options range from half-day to full-day durations, with different meal options included, if desired. Pricing will depend on options selected.
Team Bonding Activities
In addition to our team building training courses, we also offer team bonding activities with a variety of arts and crafts activities from which to select. De-stress and bond with your colleagues while completing fun, hands-on craft activities in a relaxing atmosphere. Pricing will depend on options selected.
